RULES OF ADMISSION
Registration does not guarantee admission. From KG onwards every candidate will be required to appear for an admission test, It is the responsibility of the parent / guardian to bring the candidate to the school for the test on the date & time fixed by the school, failing which no admission test / Interview will be conducted again.
1. Admission is granted purely on the basis of merit irrespective of caste, creed or community.
2. Every candidate must be registered with the school prior to appearing for the admission test.
3. At the time of registration a student can purchase prospectus cum Registration Form (on payment) from the school office but the form will be accepted only after the name of the student appears in the merit list.
4. Incomplete or illegible Admission Forms, without photographs and complete documents will not be processed / accepted.
5. Dates for test / interviews / interaction will be given at the time of registration. The school authorities reserve the right to change the date and time of the interview.
6. Mere issue of form and registration does not imply admission, which is subject to the availability of seat and other procedures.
7. Documents required at the time of registration are : Two photographs of the child, One photo each of Father and Mother, Date of Birth Certificate from Municipal Office, Proof of residence, Mark sheet of the previous class passed (from class 1 onward), Transfer Certificate (counter signed).
8. At the time of admission student migrating from other schools should get a transfer certificate duly countersigned by the District Education
9. Officer and a mark sheet from the school last attended, falling which admission will be cancelled.
10. Entrance Tests / Interviews
• There will be a written test for students seeking admission, from Classes I and upwards. Only those candidates who clear the written test will be called for an interview.
• Results will be displayed on the notice board on the dates specified at the time of interview.
11. Admission Formalities
• Candidates whose names are included in the list must pay the fee by the dates indicated on the list, otherwise admission will automatically stand cancelled.
• Parents are requested to carefully fill and submit the Admission Form, at the time of payment of Fee. This form is enclosed In this booklet.
• The date of birth of the child is required to be supported by the Birth Certificate in original issued by the Municipal Corporation / Local Body as applicable, along with a certified Photostat copy there of. An affidavit or any other evidence is not acceptable in place of Birth Certificate. It is to be attached with the admission Form for classes Nursery & KG's. For Class I & above, Transfer Certificate is to be attached. Transfer Certificate must be counter- signed by the concerned State Education Authority.
12. Refund of fee - Fee once paid is NOT refundable for any reasons whatsoever.
13. Remember:
• No student will be allowed to sit in weekly unit test, terminal as well as Annual Examination, if the dues are not cleared.
• Fee-paid receipts must be produced, whenever required by the school authorities.
• Non-production of receipts will be treated as non-payment of dues.
• Students who make little progress owing to persistent Idleness or proved incapacity may be required to leave.
